Job Description

Role Summary:

We are hiring Business Development Executives (Course Sales) from an education background who are passionate about guiding students and professionals in choosing the right spiritual and astrological learning path. You will be the first point of contact for prospective learners and play a key role in driving course enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and convert leads through counseling and consultation
  • Explain Vedvidhi’s course offerings clearly and effectively
  • Understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs
  • Follow up consistently and close sales to meet monthly targets
  • Maintain lead data and activity reports using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams to improve sales strategies
  • Represent the brand professionally and ethically at all times

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education, Psychology, or related field – Mandatory
  • 1–3 years of experience in EdTech sales, academic counseling, or business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English + Hindi)
  • Goal-driven, persuasive, and confident in consultative selling
  • Prior experience in the spiritual/holistic education space is a plus

What We Offer:
