Job Description

We are hiring Business Development Executives (BDEs) with excellent communication skills and a neutral English accent (without MTI) . This role involves cold calling and appointment scheduling for our sales team. Ideal for freshers or experienced professionals who want to build a career in international business development and client acquisition. Roles & Responsibilities Conduct cold calls to prospective clients from targeted lists. Introduce the company's services in a clear and professional manner. Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team. Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM Coordinate follow-ups with the internal sales team Meet daily/weekly call targets and appointment goals Key Requirements Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Neutral accent (No MTI or regional influence). Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally. Prior experience in cold calling, or outbound sales preferred. Strong listening and objection-handling skills. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. Willingness to work in US time zones/Night shift. Only Kerala candidates need apply.
