Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to help grow our IT services and Digital Marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will identify leads, engage prospects, understand client requirements, support the sales pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-ups ,and bring new opportunities for our business growth. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, managing client communication, and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, and platforms/apps where businesses post IT/digital service requirements.
  • Reach out to prospects, explain our IT & digital marketing services, and schedule intro calls.
  • Share brochures, pricing, and proposals; follow up consistently to move leads through the pipeline.
  • Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams for solutions.
  • Maintain CRM/trackers and provide daily updates on outreach, meetings, and pipeline status.
  • Do basic market research and suggest improvements in messaging or targeting.

Qualifications

  • 13 years of experience in business development, tele-sales, inside sales, or lead generation.
  • Basic understanding of IT services and digital marketing solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, CRM tools, Google Workspace, and lead-generation platforms.
  • Proactive, target-oriented, and reliable in follow-ups

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Experience with Upwork/Fiverr/agency lead platforms or publisher apps where clients post IT/digital service requirements.
  • Familiarity with proposal writing and basic sales funnels.
  • Exposure to email marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
