The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw footage into engaging polished videos that align with our brand style and objectives. You should have strong storytelling skills, an eye for aesthetics, and proficiency in modern video editing tools. Key Responsibilities: Edit raw footage into high-quality video content for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Ads, Website, etc.) Add motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and color correction to enhance visual appeal. Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and content teams to produce videos aligned with project goals. Maintain consistent brand tone, color palette, and visual identity across all videos. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Stay updated with the latest video trends, social media formats, and editing techniques. Optimize videos for different platforms and aspect ratios (e.g., 16:9, 9:16, 1:1). Organize and manage media assets, project files, and backup footage efficiently. Qualifications Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro , Final Cut Pro , DaVinci Resolve , Create studio Pro or After Effects . Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and timing. Basic knowledge of sound design and color grading. Familiarity with social media video requirements and best practices. Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Portfolio or showreel demonstrating your editing skills (mandatory). The ideal candidate will identify leads, engage prospects, understand client requirements, support the sales pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-ups ,and bring new opportunities for our business growth. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, managing client communication, and contributing to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, and platforms/apps where businesses post IT/digital service requirements. Reach out to prospects, explain our IT & digital marketing services, and schedule intro calls. Share brochures, pricing, and proposals; follow up consistently to move leads through the pipeline.
