Business Development Executive- Blockchain

Location: Gurgaon (on-site only) | Experience: 1–3 Years | IMMEDIATE JOINING required

We're now expanding into the blockchain space—and looking for a dynamic, driven, and tech-savvy Business Development Executive to help us build strategic partnerships, drive sales, and grow our blockchain ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the blockchain and Web3 space
• Build relationships with crypto communities, blockchain startups, and enterprises
• Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to align BD goals with blockchain product roadmaps
• Pitch Invincible Read’s blockchain-related services, content, and partnerships
• Attend blockchain events, network with industry leaders, and gather market insights
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for leadership and partners
• Drive revenue growth and client acquisition through strategic outreach

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of proven experience in business development, in blockchain, crypto, and Web3 domain
• Hands on experience of blockchain technology, NFTs, DeFi, and smart contracts
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter attitude with ability to work independently and in teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
