We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to lead our client acquisition and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
• Lead pitch presentations and negotiate contracts
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and marketing strategies
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Set sales goals and ensure targets are met
• Maintain and update CRM records regularly
• Represent the company in networking events, industry forums, and client meetings

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 1–3 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in marketing or service-based industries
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in client handling, negotiations, and sales pitching
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic marketing concepts
