Job Title: Telecaller (WhatsApp Marketing & Sales) Location: Fatehpur Beri, Chattarpur, South Delhi (Pincode 110074) Job Type: Full-time (On-site) About Us We supply printed and plain nonwoven carpets, wooden flooring, and artificial grass mainly for wedding planners and event management companies.  Role Overview The Telecaller will contact leads generated from Facebook ads via WhatsApp calls and messages, explain products, share samples, and follow up to close orders.  Key Responsibilities • Call and message leads on WhatsApp who come from Facebook ads.  • Explain and promote printed and plain nonwoven carpets, wooden flooring, and artificial grass for events and weddings.  • Share product photos, videos, and sample details with interested buyers.  • Maintain a follow-up list and regularly call/message to convert leads into orders.  • Build relationships with wedding planners, event managers, decorators, and venue owners.  • Update lead and order details in a basic sheet or CRM.  Requirements • Must be comfortable working from Fatehpur Beri, Chattarpur, South Delhi.  • Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.  • Confident using WhatsApp, phone calling, and basic smartphone features.  • Prior telecalling or sales experience preferred, but freshers with good communication are also welcome.  Salary & Commission • Fixed salary: ₹12,000 per month (office-based in Fatehpur Beri, Chattarpur).  • Commission: Attractive commission on every carpet roll / wooden flooring / artificial grass order closed by you (details shared during interview).
