Role Overview As a BDE , you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting cold calls, managing client relationships, closing deals, and ensuring seamless project delivery. You’ll work closely with the creative and operations teams to align client needs with our production capabilities. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach. Pitch video production and editing services to potential clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business. Negotiate and close deals confidently and professionally. Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs. Maintain a client database and track leads using CRM tools.
