Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Executive to join our team at TalentCraft India in Waraseoni. As a BDE, you will play a key role in expanding our reach, building strong customer relationships, and driving admissions for our courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads through calls, visits, and referrals.
• Promote TalentCraft India’s online courses to parents and students.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Conduct product presentations and explain course benefits in a clear, engaging manner.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute growth strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (any stream).
• Minimum 0–2 years of experience in sales/business development (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Hindi; basic English communication is a plus.
• Local candidates from Waraseoni or nearby areas will be preferred.

Schedule

• Full-time, 6 days a week (Tuesday to Sunday).
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM.
• Monday will be the weekly off.
