Business Development Executive (BDE) & Project Coordinator

You are a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) responsible for client conversion, understanding customer needs, and recommending solutions. Your role involves reading and analyzing project briefs, finding and recommending relevant freelancers/agencies, and ensuring project goals are met within budget and on time. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining effective communication and high attention to detail. You must read, understand, and interpret project briefs across various categories. Key Responsibilities: - Co-ordinate with Foreign Clients - Convert leads into orders and provide support to clients - Follow-up with clients, answer queries, and ensure high satisfaction levels - Recommend relevant freelancers/agencies for project completion - Manage client expectations and deliverables - Read, understand, and interpret project briefs - Maintain effective communication with clients Qualifications Required: - Master's degree - 2 years of experience in business development - Fluent English language skills The company operates 24 x 7, 365 days in 3 shifts per day.
