Job Description: As a Business Development Executive (On-site) at Profenaa Technologies in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and markets to drive revenue growth. Your main responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, conducting market research and competitor analysis, collaborating with marketing and product teams, negotiating contracts, and reporting on sales performance to senior management. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities and markets to drive revenue growth. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about trends and customer needs. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create tailored solutions for clients. - Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. - Report on sales performance and business development activities to senior management. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics is a plus.
