Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Generate qualified leads through platforms like LinkedIn, , email, and cold calling.
  • Communicate with prospective clients to understand their needs and pitch relevant services.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate records of leads and client interactions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest strategies for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Basic knowledge of online sales channels and platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
