Job Responsibilities:
▪Identify potential clients and generate leads for residential and commercial projects.
▪Present project details, features, and pricing to customers and guide them through the booking process.
▪Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
▪Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams for promotional activities and customer follow-up.
▪Participate in site visits, property expos, and promotional events.
▪Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Requirements:-
▪Candidates degree in any discipline
▪1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or related field.
▪Strong communication and negotiation skills.
▪Dynamic personality with a passion for sales and client service.
▪Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
