This role demands a proactive individual who can think strategically, act decisively, and deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue. Key Responsibilities: Have full knowledge of Upwork and other freelancing platforms such as PeoplePerHour (PPH), Freelancer, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Understand client queries effectively and handle communications in a professional and solution-oriented manner. Write customized cover letters and send compelling proposals tailored to client requirements. Remain active, alert, and show the ability to think quickly and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — for client interaction and internal collaboration. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide valuable insights and recommendations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration or any field with a strong interest in marketing. Prior experience in Business Development. Proficient in Upwork Bidding and familiar with other platforms like Freelancer, Fiverr, PPH, etc. Expertise in bring project in mobile application & web application is a plus point. Should have strong understanding of CMS as well like WordPress, Shopify & other CMS as well Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
