Job Description

• Develop business pipeline using cold and warm techniques. • Negotiate contracts and close sales with new and existing clients. • Boost revenue by bringing in and cementing relationships with new clients and optimizing servicing of existing customer accounts. • Engaged with customers to build business relationships. • Interaction with clients. • Evaluate customer needs and feedback to drive product and service improvements. • Collect, arrange, and input information into the database system. • Interacted with customers by phone, email, or in person to provide information. Required: - Good communication skills - Basic knowledge of MS/Google/Adobe enterprise solutions - Adept in understanding and using IT environment and tools available - Produce quality work that adheres to the relevant professional standards - Think broadly and ask questions about data, facts and other information provided by clients - Share and collaborate effectively with others, create a positive team spirit - Work towards individual goals set and be comfortable with target/deadline-based working
