Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel prospective students and parents regarding MBA programs, including specialization options, admission processes, eligibility criteria, and career outcomes.
  • Handle inbound and outbound leads through phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins; follow up rigorously to drive conversions.
  • Guide students on application procedures, entrance exams (CAT, GMAT, GRE, etc.), and admission timelines.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about universities, B-schools, program structures, fees, scholarships, and industry trends.
  • Achieve monthly targets for lead conversion, admissions, and revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct webinars, seminars, and campaigns.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with students and parents through trust and transparency.
  • Update and maintain student records, interactions, and progress using CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; an MBA or education-related background is an advantage.
  • 2–3 years of experience in student counselling, MBA admissions, or B2C sales in the education sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students and parents.
  • Proven ability to meet sales/admission targets and handle high-volume queries.
  • Knowledge of MBA entrance exams (CAT, GMAT, GRE, etc.) and the global education landscape.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with MBA counselling agencies, B-schools, or EdTech companies.
  • Ability to counsel working professionals and fresh graduates effectively.
  • Multilingual skills for regional outreach are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Noida Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
