Job Description

📋 Roles & Responsibilities 1. Identify and generate new leads through calls, social media, and field activities. 2. Present the company’s products and business plan to potential clients/distributors. 3. Follow up with leads and convert them into active members or customers. 4. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales and recruitment targets. 5. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and customers. 6. Provide basic product and business training to new members. 7. Coordinate with the admin and finance team for documentation and payout reports. 8. Maintain daily sales reports and submit performance updates to the manager. 9. Participate in promotional events, seminars, or webinars to increase brand visibility. 10. Gather market feedback, competitor insights, and suggest improvements.
