Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local market
  • Generate and follow up on leads through calls, visits, and referrals
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners
  • Promote company services and present proposals to prospective clients
  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Maintain records of sales, leads, and customer interactions

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in construction)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Familiarity with the local market around Chelari is a plus
