Business Development Executive (BDE)

As a Sr. Business Development Executive at Gram Envosolution Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve driving B2B sales for Water & Wastewater Solutions, STP/ETP systems, and related offerings. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing & maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers - Identifying new project opportunities and converting leads into business - Working closely with the operations and technical team to deliver client solutions - Creating strong brand visibility for Gram Envosolution in Chennai To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with: - Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in selling Water & Wastewater Management Systems, Fire Systems, Solar Solutions, Construction Materials, or any relevant Environmental Solutions - Strong network & contacts with MEP consultants, architects, builders, plumbing contractors, and other key stakeholders in the Chennai construction ecosystem - Ability to bring existing market intelligence, client databases, and contacts - Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills - Self-starter with a hunger for generating business and growing regional presence The company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, and provident fund.
