Business Development Executive (BDE) - Field Sales

Ecotonics Automation Solutions is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team in North Kerala. If you're passionate about sales, love meeting new people, and thrive in a field-based role, this opportunity is for you!

As a BDE, you'll be on the front lines, directly engaging with target businesses to identify their needs and introduce them to Ecotonics' innovative home and industrial automation solutions, security systems, power solutions, and network infrastructure.

What You'll Do:

• Field-Based Sales: Proactively identify and approach potential business clients in North Kerala.
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and target businesses that would benefit from our automation and technology solutions.
• Client Engagement: Conduct on-site meetings, present our services, and build strong relationships with decision-makers.
• Needs Assessment: Understand client requirements and propose tailored Ecotonics solutions.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards and exceed defined sales goals and metrics.
• Market Feedback: Provide valuable insights from the field to help refine our offerings and strategies.

Skills We're Looking For:

• Proven Sales Acumen: Demonstrated experience in field sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively, and build rapport quickly.
• Strong Negotiation Skills: Capable of closing deals and overcoming objections.
• Self-Motivated & Target-Driven: A go-getter attitude with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to understand client challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the business landscape in North Kerala is a plus.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding or keen interest in automation, security systems, and IT infrastructure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
