Job Description

We are looking for a resilient, empathic Business Development Executive to contribute to the growth of our company with an acute understanding of business concepts, good logical & analytical skills, reasonable command of Internet concepts and a penchant for interacting with international clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. He/She should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. Position: Business Development Executive/Online Bidder Experience Required: above 1 year Key roles & responsibilities: -Person should have prior working experience with an IT Service company. -Should have hands-on working experience on bidding channels majorly Upwork. -Should be able to write proposals and cover letters according to the client's requirements. -Should have exposure working and generating business in International Market. -Should possess good communication and interpersonal skills. -Should have sound knowledge of IT terminologies. -Should have the ability to analyze business challenges, identify problems and be able to propose solutions for the same. -Should gather insights for the technical team, negotiate and conclude deals. - Should have experience in client handling. -Should have the ability to identify and evaluate the right projects. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Food provided Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Experience: Business development: 2 years (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
