Role & responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities and establish relationships with clients across various industries.

  • Explore markets, assess prospects, and connect with new clients

  • Promote Backwaters business advisory and business process management services.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective clients, clients and stakeholders.
  • Expertise in online/digital marketing with the ability to use social media and networking platforms to enhance visibility and generate leads.
  • Support in preparing proposals, presentations and Engagement letters/ contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development initiatives with company strategy.

Preferred candidate profile

  • B.Com with MBA in Finance/Marketing
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Digital Marketing &Social Media Promotion
  • Strong understanding of financial services, corporate finance, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
  • Prior experience in business development, client acquisition, or financial services is an advantage.
