Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify opportunities and establish relationships with clients across various industries.
Explore markets, assess prospects, and connect with new clients
Promote Backwaters business advisory and business process management services.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective clients, clients and stakeholders.
Expertise in online/digital marketing with the ability to use social media and networking platforms to enhance visibility and generate leads.
Support in preparing proposals, presentations and Engagement letters/ contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams to align business development initiatives with company strategy.

Preferred candidate profile

B.Com with MBA in Finance/Marketing
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Digital Marketing &Social Media Promotion
Strong understanding of financial services, corporate finance, and compliance frameworks.
Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Prior experience in business development, client acquisition, or financial services is an advantage.
