Market Research and seller onboarding

To conduct market research to identify the right marketplace seller/ manufacturers/ traders, understand competitor offering, and develop an effective and sufficiently large pipeline of sellers and meeting targets.

To identify, recruit and onboard target online portals and other channels against specific product requirements and onboard sellers.

To work seamlessly with the onboarding team and ensure sellers' cooperation for onboarding.

Business mindset and convincing attitude:

Candidate is specifically tasked with growing Virtual Private Label business on Myntra online platform where multiple sellers offer branded products to consumers.

The role requires excellent communication and convincing skills.

Relationship Building:

To cultivate strong relationships with existing sellers, addressing their needs, and helping them with their queries and coordinate with other cross functional teams for speedy resolutions.

Negotiation and Contract Management:

To understand the terms of trade (including taxation and prevalent law of the land on GST).

They understand and inform sellers with contract terms and contracts with sellers, ensuring fair terms and conditions for all parties involved.

Computer skills and data analytics:

Candidates should be well versed with MS office tools and should be comfortable handling large databases.

Candidates pref. with past experience of SAP/ Oracle/ other software tools to run queries, managing daily reports and score cards.

Remarks-

Language proficiency required--

Hindi-- Verbal (Hindi is a must for communicating with sellers)

English- Verbal and written

Qualification and experience-- Engineers or science/ commerce graduates with 3-5 years of experience with online business/ fashion industry in similar roles.
