Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Your role will involve growing the business through the development of new leads and contacts, identifying new revenue opportunities, and building strong business relationships with current and potential clients. In addition, you will assist with marketing and promotional projects, collaborate with management on sales goals, and support the team with other responsibilities as required. It is essential to maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in sales and business development, along with strong customer service skills. You must be able to sell value, create credibility, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Your enthusiasm to build good relationships with people, work effectively in a team environment, and proficiency in MS Office will be key assets. The ideal candidate will hold qualifications such as M.tech, B.tech, MCA, M.Sc. (IT or CS), BCA, B.Sc. (IT or CS), PGDCA, or MBA. In addition to technical qualifications, soft skills are essential, including excellent written and verbal communication skills, dynamism, flexibility, perseverance, and an understanding of business objectives and organization structure. You should demonstrate strong work ethics, trustworthiness, attention to detail, confidentiality, integrity, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence. Being self-motivated, a fast learner, and able to operate independently under pressure to achieve multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables with a mature approach will be advantageous. Excellent multitasking, task prioritization, presentation skills, organizational skills, time management, and ability to explain ideas to various audiences are required. This is a Full-Time, Permanent, Regular position located at Plot no.968, Sector-82, JLPL Industrial Area, Mohali, Punjab (140306).
