Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tender Identification & Market Scanning

  • Proactively monitor and track tenders via national and international e-procurement portals
  • Maintain and update a database of relevant opportunities in line with the companys focus sectors.

2. Tender Evaluation & Shortlisting

  • Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for eligibility criteria.
  • Evaluate project scope, technical requirements, and alignment with company credentials.
  • Recommend go/no-go decisions based on feasibility and strategic fit.

Proposal Development & Coordination

  • Lead or assist in the end-to-end proposal preparation process, including:
    • Coordinating with internal departments and consortium partners.
    • Drafting and formatting technical proposals.
    • Collating necessary supporting documents, credentials, CVs, and annexures.
  • Ensure timely and compliant submission of proposals through various e-procurement portals.

Education & Experience:

24 years of experience in tendering/business development in the infrastructure consulting domain.
