Business Development Executive (Alliance)

As an Alliance Specialist at our Bhuj branch, your role will involve connecting with doctors, HNI clients, and commercial associations. You will have the opportunity to network, organize events, and assist individuals in planning their financial future. Your responsibilities will include: - Building and managing a database of HNI clients. - Organizing financial awareness events, webinars, and 1-on-1 meetings. - Partnering with local hospitals, associations, and organizations for collaborations. - Promoting financial planning awareness in Gandhidham and nearby districts such as Anjar, Adipur, Mundra, and Bhuj. To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: - Sales or Business Development experience, preferably in industries like Shipping, Timber, or related sectors in Bhuj/Gandhidham. - Strong local market knowledge and a well-established business network. Additionally, we seek individuals who possess the following attributes: - Excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (knowledge of Kutchi is a plus). - Confidence, self-motivation, and willingness to travel for field activities. - Ability to learn quickly with a positive, result-driven attitude.
