Role Description

We are seeking a energetic, and customer-focused Business Development Executive who will be the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will manage incoming/outgoing calls, explain services, convert inquiries into bookings, and ensure smooth coordination with the field team.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers

- Handle incoming service inquiries

- Book appointments and explain service details

- Maintain daily call logs and customer records

- Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat services

- Coordinate with field team for service scheduling

Requirements:

- Freshers are welcome

- Good communication skill.

- Customer-friendly attitude and polite telephone manners

- Prior telecalling /customer support experience is a plus

- Candidates residing in or near Calicut are preferred
