We’re hiring immediately – Mobile Car Wash Staff position open now! Company Description Agmin CarCare is a mobile car washing and detailing startup based in Calicut. We provide doorstep car care services using eco-friendly products and professional methods. Our team brings the shine directly to customers — whether at home, office, or elsewhere. Role Description As a Mobile Car Wash Unit Staff member at Agmin CarCare, you will be part of our on-ground operations team, responsible for delivering high-quality car wash and basic detailing services directly at the customer’s doorstep. This is a full-time field-based role where you will travel to different locations using the company vehicle, perform cleaning services, and ensure customer satisfaction. All necessary training, equipment, and travel support will be provided by the company. Requirements: - Residing in or near Calicut - Willing to work outdoors and travel across the city - Punctual, responsible, and eager to learn - Able to use a smartphone (calls, camera, WhatsApp) - Friendly and professional behavior with customers What We Provide - Company vehicle for travel - Fuel/travel expenses fully covered - All cleaning tools, kits, and materials - Full on-the-job training - Company uniform Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Location: Kozhikode, Kerala (Preferred) Work Location: In person
