Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
• Identify new markets and client needs
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
• Maintain records of sales, revenue, and customer interactions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Basic knowledge of IT services/software (preferred)
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
