About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive Business Development Executive who can identify opportunities and turn them into qualified leads. If you enjoy researching prospects, connecting with the right people, and helping the sales team build a strong pipeline, this role puts you at the heart of our growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential clients using LinkedIn, online directories, databases, and other platforms
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our services
Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand target markets and ideal customer profiles
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and prospect information
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging tools for lead generation

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in Business Development, lead generation, or inside sales, preferably in IT services/products
Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and other lead-generation tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong research and analytical capabilities to identify and qualify prospects effectively
Flexible and adaptive to evolving market trends and demands
