Business Development Exec FS Amritsar

Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive at McCain Foods(India) P Ltd, your primary purpose is to achieve targets through best-in-class execution and service in Food Service outlets. You will be responsible for maintaining commercial hygiene and stock hygiene while building and maintaining effective relationships with Distributors, Salesmen, Promotors, and your Line Manager team. This role is based out of Amritsar. Key Responsibilities: - Handle the current set of distributors/Sub Distributors in Amritsar and manage their primary and secondary sales volumes. - Manage existing clients in the hotels, restaurants, and caf categories, and increase the customer base in the allotted geography. - Track secondary sales client-wise and report in the company format. Engage in activities with clients including listing new products. - Manage secondary sales claims for assigned distributors and maintain commercial hygiene. - Develop the Food Service Business in the area and achieve assigned business targets and goals. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and lead a team to build the McCain FS business. - Execute activations for business development in Food Service. - Manage distributor development, order placement, NCC, and claims. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry. - Zeal to achieve targets and relevant experience in HORECA.
