Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator to support the maintenance, enhancement, and development of key business tools and digital platforms. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of systems such as Form.com, Solution Catalog, Parts Portal (migration to Husky Complete), Infor LN, and other DST (Digital Solutions Team) initiatives. It will as well work closely with Business Analyst to support the design, development, and maintenance of BI solutions that transform data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Product Managers in planning and executing tool-related projects.
  • Coordinate tool updates, enhancements, and issue resolution, and monitor performance and user feedback to identify areas for optimization
  • Facilitate user onboarding (maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides) and provide first-level support for tool-related queries.
  • Maintain and augment solution catalog (new solutions, new equipment)
  • Assist in gathering, translating and documenting business requirements for tool improvements, BI processes, data models, and reporting standards.
  • Design, develop and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI, Excel).
  • Collaborate with IT, data, and business teams to ensure alignment on tool functionality and integration, as well as data accuracy and usability.
  • Perform data validation and quality assurance.
  • Stay current with BI trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business coordination, project support, or tool administration.
  • Proficiency in Excel (PowerPivot, PowerQuery) and PowerBi.
  • Experience in BI development or data analytics.
  • Familiarity with digital tools, platforms, and project management methodologies.
  • SQL experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, DAX).

Preferred Qualification

  • Experience with Form.com, ERP systems (e.g., LN, SAP, CRM), or EDI platforms.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Knowledge of data analysis or reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.
  • Understanding of digital transformation and business process automation.
