In this remote role, we're looking for a driven Business Development Consultant who loves making connections, opening doors, and closing win-win deals. If you have a strong network in the tech/startup world and understand how staffing works, this is your playground.

What you’ll do:

• Spot and reach out to companies needing IT talent (India & International)
• Build relationships with decision-makers and founders
• Schedule intro calls and support in pitching/closing deals
• Be a trusted bridge between client needs and talent solutions

• Have experience in IT staffing, recruitment, or HR tech sales
• Already have a network in tech, product, or startup ecosystems
