Job Description

We are looking for energetic and motivated Business Development Associates (Interns) to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in sales, marketing, and client relationship management within the security & facility management industry.

You will support the Business Development team in identifying new opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, and maintaining client databases, while gaining exposure to the end-to-end sales cycle

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the team in identifying potential clients through market research, cold calling, and online platforms.
  • Support in preparing and sending proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain and update the CRM / lead tracker with accurate information.
  • Help with tender research and submission processes (GeM, e-tendering, etc.).
  • Participate in client meetings, calls, and presentations alongside senior managers.
  • Support in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales strategies and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, or marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Quick learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior internship or exposure to security/facility management services is a plus (not mandatory).
