About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Associate – Upwork Specialist who can handle international client acquisition through Upwork. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT service sales, proposal writing, and managing the complete bidding lifecycle on Upwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Upwork bidding and international lead generation for IT services
• Understand client requirements and prepare custom proposals
• Manage client communication, follow-ups, and deal closures
• Maintain and improve Upwork profile performance and success rate
• Identify new business opportunities for web, mobile, and custom software services
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover
• Track leads, bids, and conversions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an Upwork Specialist in IT services
• Strong knowledge of Upwork bidding strategies and platform guidelines
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Experience selling IT services and software solutions
• Ability to work onsite, full-time
• Self-motivated, target-driven professional
