We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team and help drive our growth. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our products/services. Convert leads into customers through effective sales conversations. Maintain follow-up communication with prospects. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain records of calls and sales using CRM tools. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in tele-calling or sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Target-driven and self-motivated. Ability to work independently and in a team. Basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferred). Fluency in English(American Ascent Versant 4).
