About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to expand our market presence across Rajasthan. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium range of wall care products, including Gypsum Plaster, Wall Putty, Tile Adhesive, Paints, Waterproofing Chemicals, and related solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new dealers, retailers, contractors, and applicators.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely payment collections.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and field stakeholders.
• Conduct product demonstrations, contractor meets, and field visits.
• Gather and report market intelligence and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with head office for order processing, delivery, and customer service.
• Ensure effective in-store branding, visibility, and promotional activities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (Building Materials or FMCG preferred)
• Strong networking and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of local markets and contacts with dealers/contractors/applicators
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
