About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Business Development Associate to drive brand visibility, engagement, and growth across digital and offline channels. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and business teams to develop and execute strategies that boost brand recognition and customer acquisition.

• Business Development Associate – Brand Onboarding & Client Growth

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and onboard new D2C brands to our platform/services
• Build relationships with brand stakeholders and drive partnership growth
• Understand client goals and ensure smooth onboarding & retention
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value to onboarded clients

What We’re Looking For:

• Knowledge client onboarding, partnerships, or account management
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a consultative selling approach
• Ability to understand brand needs and customize pitches accordingly
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
