Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Monitor team performance through regular reviews, call audits, and feedback sessions.
Motivate and coach team members to improve sales effectiveness and product knowledge.
Ensure adherence to sales processes, scripts, and compliance guidelines.
Analyze sales reports and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
Handle escalations and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales campaigns and offers.
Maintain team discipline, attendance, and ensure high morale and engagement.
Drive consistent follow-ups and ensure lead conversions through effective team management.
Conduct regular training/refresher sessions to improve team skills.
