Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive, your main responsibility will be to drive business growth and establish strong connections with clients. You should have a track record of lead generation, sales closure, and market expansion. Your duties will include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and boosting revenue through strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities by finding potential clients and partners to increase revenue. - Build and maintain relationships with clients and other companies to foster business growth. - Generate sales leads and nurture them until conversion. - Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development strategies. - Analyze data to identify trends that can drive business growth. - Maintain records of sales and revenue for future reference. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred). - 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (internships welcome). - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - High level of initiative, organization, and attention to detail. - Proficiency in CRM tools is a plus.
