Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Associate to join our team. This role focuses on promoting our training programs, generating leads, and building strong relationships with colleges and professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate and follow up on leads from students and professionals

· Promote our Clinical Research and Pharma-related training programs

· Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, pharma graduates, and professionals

· Support enrollments and help meet business growth targets

· Work with the marketing team to run outreach campaigns and promotions

Requirements:

· 0–2 years of experience in BD/Sales/EdTech roles (Freshers welcome)

· Excellent communication and persuasive skills

· Any graduate (Life Sciences/Pharma background is an asset)

· Passion for education and the clinical research industry

· Male candidate preferred
