Business Development Associate

Job Overview: As a Business Development Associate, you will be at the forefront of our company’s growth and expansion efforts. Your primary role will be to promote our business activities, with a focus on conducting software workshops and training sessions in educational institutions such as schools and colleges.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the educational sector.
• Plan, organize, and execute software workshops and training programs that align with our company’s offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with school and college administrators, faculty, and student organizations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns for the workshops and training sessions.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential partnerships or areas for expansion.
• Provide feedback and insights from the field to help shape business strategies and product development.
• Meet and exceed business development targets and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Passion for technology and education.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
