Key Responsibilities:

Engage with leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails & in person.
Explain product features, pricing, and AI-based benefits.
Assist users with account setup, login, and subscription activation.
Offer continued support and handholding during the user journey.
Convert trial users into paying customers through regular follow-ups.
Log conversations & updates into CRM tools.
