Role Overview

Position: Growth Associate (Full-time) Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid) Experience: 0–3 years (freshers welcome) Compensation: month fixed + monthly incentives based on performance

What You'll Be Doing

• Speak directly with aspiring fashion entrepreneurs across India

• Understand their goals and introduce them to the right Apex programs

• Represent Apex as the front-facing brand voice during interactions

• Follow up with leads, share program details, and drive conversions

• Work closely with the founders and learn real startup execution

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
