Job Description

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for lead generation, counseling, and enrollment conversions for various courses. Your key responsibilities will include generating leads through multiple channels such as calls, walk-ins, and online sources. Additionally, conducting effective counseling sessions to convert leads into enrollments and achieving monthly sales targets by promoting relevant digital marketing courses will be essential aspects of your role. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, and corporate clients, as well as participating in fieldwork, meetings, and corporate tie-ups as required, will be crucial to your success. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless enrollment and onboarding, along with providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Head, will also be part of your daily tasks. To excel in this position, you must possess excellent communication skills and have experience in both B2B and B2C environments. While any degree is acceptable, we do prefer candidates with 6 months to 1 year of business development experience in the edtech industry.
