As an enthusiastic individual looking to join our team, you will be primarily responsible for lead generation, counseling, and enrollment conversions for various courses. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Generate leads through various channels such as calls, walk-ins, and online sources. - Conduct effective counseling sessions to convert leads into enrollments. - Achieve monthly sales targets by promoting relevant digital marketing courses. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and corporate clients. - Participate in fieldwork, meetings, and corporate tie-ups as required. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless enrollment and onboarding. - Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Head. In addition to the above, it is essential for you to possess the following skillsets: - Excellent communication skills - Experience in both B2B and B2C interactions While applying for this role, please note that the minimum qualification required is any degree. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of business development experience in the edtech industry.
