Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities and improve share of business.
Build strong customer relationships and handle technical discussions.
Provide application support during product development & validation.
Coordinate with P&D and manufacturing teams for customized solutions.
Lead trials, testing, and performance evaluations at customer sites.
Convert customer needs into engineering specifications.
Research market trends, competitor activities, and support strategy plans.
Share regular market updates and insights with management.

Qualification:

Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).

Experience:

4+ years in Sales/Business Development/Application Engineering (automotive/industrial/tube industry preferred).

Skills:

Strong technical understanding, good communication & negotiation skills.
Market analysis capability and customer handling skills.
Proficient in MS Office; good teamwork and coordination.
