Business Development All Rounder (RoW – North America)

We’re looking for a Business Development All Rounder who is driven, analytical, and comfortable owning targets, conversations, and market insights.

The Challenge

Scale cricket adoption in international markets (RoW – North America) while operating within the America time zone.

You’ll identify and onboard new cricket leagues and communities, conduct user interviews, and convert insights into acquisition and revenue opportunities by pitching premium features.

What We’re Looking For

• Prospect, validate, and onboard cricket leagues, clubs, and communities across target regions.
• Identify high-potential geographies and build a strong acquisition pipeline.
• Conduct regular user conversations to understand needs, pain points, and buying motivations.
• Translate user feedback into actionable insights for product, marketing, and sales teams.
• Build trusted relationships with league organisers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and operations on growth initiatives.

What you bring

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or customer acquisition (sports/SaaS is a plus).
• Comfort working in target-driven roles with tight timelines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into actions.
• Passion for cricket and the global sports ecosystem.
