Job Description

As a Business Development Agent, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving property transactions (leasing/sales) in the industrial and commercial real estate segment. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients for leasing/sale of industrial and commercial properties. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options. Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and corporate clients. Conduct site visits with clients and coordinate inspections. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures. Work closely with senior consultants and the documentation team to complete deals. Stay updated on local property markets, rates, and competitive offerings. Represent the company’s values of integrity, service, and professionalism in all interactions. Who Should Apply: Motivated individuals with 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, real estate, or client-facing roles. Freshers with strong communication skills and a zeal to learn are also welcome. Candidates familiar with South Delhi or NCR property markets will be preferred. Self-driven professionals with a high sense of responsibility and time management.
