Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Developer/ IT Sales Lead located in Pune. The Business Developer/ IT Sales Lead will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, managing sales processes, and meeting sales targets. The role also includes market research, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with the engineering and production teams to ensure client requirements are met. Qualifications Proven experience in business development and IT sales Strong understanding of the automotive engineering industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and execute sales strategies Proficiency in market research and identifying new business opportunities Ability to work collaboratively with engineering and production teams Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field Experience in managing long sales cycles and complex contracts Relevant certifications or training in sales and business development are a plus
